Strawberry Heart Pie

Strawberry Heart 💝 Pie.

For Valentine's Day special.
Never tried any dessert recipes like this .
Tried first time n yeeehh super duper😡😡😡.

Recipe

Ingredients
For pie crust
1 cup APF
1/2 cup Butter
Pinch of salt
ice water

Sift APF n Salt in bowl. Add butter stick in it crumble it well. Add ice water n make dough for Pie. Wrap in plastic n freeze it for 1 to 2 hrs or overnight.

For Strawberry fillong.

1/2 cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp corn Starch
1 cup strawberry pieces
2 sp water

In pan add  sugar , water n salt after dilute add corn starch n strawberry pieces. Cook for 5 to 10 mins. Keep aside.

From pie dough roll it cut with Cookie cutter. Cut with Heart shape cutter also

Put strawberry filling 1 sp on cutted pie. Put Heart shape cutted pie on it. Press edges with fork  n bake it  in preheated oven on 200℃ for 15 mins.

After baked drizzle with Strawberry filling top on pie.
