Multigrain Appam

Mix lentil appam. Powerpack protine appam. For bre or in tiffins.

Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tab sp Red Lentil (Masoor Dal)
1/2 cup Bengal gram(Chana Dal)
1/2 cup Black gram (Urad Dal)
1/2 cup Yellow Lentil (Moong Dal)
1/2 cup Arhar/Toor Dal
2 pieces of Ginger each 1"
6 to 7 cloves Garlic
3 to 4 Green chilles
1 cup Soaked Flatten Rice/Poha
1/2 Cup Curd
1 cup Chopped Fenugreek/Methi leaves
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tab sp Semolina
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp Eno
2 tab sp ch coriander

You can Add More or Less Methi leaves as per your taste.

Soak Mix Lentil for 3 to 4 Hrs.
Wash it well n drain it.

Churn Lentils with Ginger,Garlic, Poha,Curd n chillies. Make little bit Coarsely paste.

Keep batter aside for Over night or 3 to 4 Hrs.
Add Salt,Turmeric Powder, Semolina,Methi n Coriander leaves. Mix well. Add Eno n mix proper.
Heat Appam patra. Put Drop of oil in each Appam mould.
Pour 1 tab sp batter in each. Cook on Medium to slow flame on one side for 2 to 4 min. 
Turn it cook for 2 to 3 mins till brown in colour.

Appam ready serve with Coconut Chutney n Tea.
