Paneer Chilla
Paneer n cheese everyone's Favorite. U make anything with adding cheese or paneer no one can say No. With me its always done. My kids if don't want any particular dish or taste of anything I said I add paneer n cheese they quickly say yes.
Ingredients:
1 cup split moong dal I used chhilke wali moong dal
Soaked for 2 hrs
1 to 1/2 inch piece ginger
2 to 3 green chilly can add less or more per yr require
Salt to taste
1 cup grated paneer
2 small chopped onions
1 small chopped capsicum
2 sp fine chopped coriander leaves
Drain dal remove water grind with adding ginger n chilly make batter not fine little bit coarsely.
Add all ingredients if need water then add that u can spread like chilla in tawa.
Make chilla n garnish with grated cheese.
