LAUKI FRITTERS
Lauki/Bottle gourd a very friendly vegetables of mine. Coz i use of it to make different variety of dishes for breakfast,lunch or as sweet to.
Lauki itself with very coolest vegetable n must try to take in anyway of your diet once in a week.
So here i m with Lauki Fritters fried one.
Ingredients:
1 bowl grated Lauki
1/2 bowl wheat flour little bit coarsely
2 sp rice flour
2 sp sooji
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tab sp green chilly paste
2 sp curd
3 to4 sp oil
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Mix all ingredients in flour don't add water. N make mutiya/Fritters shape. Fry it on medium flame till brown.
Serve with any dip u like or perfect with tea.
