Ragi Methi Paratha

Ragi Methi Thepla Fenugreek Paratha for breakfast with tea.

Ingredients:

1 cup Wash n chopped fresh Methi leaves
1 cup Ragi flour
1 cup Wheat flour
1 sp Ginger paste
1 sp Green chilly paste
Salt to taste
2 sp curd
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Red chilly powder
3 to 4 sp Oil
1 tsp sesame seeds.

Mix all ingredients n make dough.

Roll it n roast it..
