Panipuri/ Golgappa Panipuri. Everyone's most Favorite thela/Street food Gol Gappa. Made with three flavors Pani. Regular Pani khajur-Imli Pani Fudina Pani. Ingredients For stuff Boiled n Mashed potatoes Green chilly paste Salt to taste Cumin Powder Rock salt For Regular pani 1 cup Fresh chopped Coriander 1to 2 Curry leaves 2 green chillies 1t sp Lemon juice Salt to taste 1/2 inch Ginger piece 1/4 tsp Rock salt 3 to 4 cube ice Churn it well make paste. Need much require water. Add 1 tab sp Panipuri Masala. For Khajur-Imli pani 2 to 3 date pulp 1 tab sp Imli/Tarmarid pulp 1 tab sp Jaggery 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder Salt to taste 1/4 tsp cumin Powder 1/4 tsp Rock salt Mix well add require water n boil for 5 to 10 min. After Cool it down add 2 to 3 ice cube. For Fudina Water 1 cup Mint leaves 2 tab sp coriander leaves 2 green chilies Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Rock salt 3 to 4 ice cubes 1 tsp Lemon juice. Raw Mango Mint Sharbat

In this Summer For feel cool Make this Raw mango Sharbat with Pudina /Mint leaves n Saunf/ Variyali Powder. Serve : 4 Duration. : 20 Mins Ingredients : 1 Raw Mango 2 Tab sp Jaggery 1sp Sugar (Optional) 2 Tab sp Mint leaves 1/4 TSP rack salt 1 tab sp Saunf/ Variyali Powder 1 sp Roasted Cumin powder Salt as per taste 1 cup Ice cubes Method : Take Raw mango peel of it. Make pieces. In pressure cooker add Mango pieces, jaggery ane 1 cup water. Blow 3 whistles. After Cool add Mint leaves, salt, cumin powder,Rock salt, Saunf/Variyali Powder and ice cubes. Sift in Mixi jar Churn well. After make a paste/pulp drain it well. Now in serving glass take 4 to 5 tab sp ready pulp add cold water n ice cubes. Garnish with Mint leaves n Saunf/ Powder

Ingredients: 1 bowl Sprouted Moong paste coarsely 1 cup gram flour 1 tab sp green chilly paste 1 sp ginger paste Salt to taate For tempre 2 sp oil 1 sp Mustard seeds 1 tab sp Sesame seeds Pinch of hing Curry leaves Mix gram flour,ginger-Chilly paste,salt n moong paste. Keep aside for 15 mins. Put steamer to heat with adding water n wire stand. Pour batter in greased dish. Steam it for 15 mins. After cool give tempre n put cut.
