Ingredients :
1 Raw Mango
2 Tab sp Jaggery
1sp Sugar (Optional)
2 Tab sp Mint leaves
1/4 TSP rack salt
1 tab sp Saunf/ Variyali Powder
1 sp Roasted Cumin powder
Salt as per taste
1 cup Ice cubes
Method :
Take Raw mango peel of it. Make pieces. In pressure cooker add Mango pieces, jaggery ane 1 cup water. Blow 3 whistles.
After Cool add Mint leaves, salt, cumin powder,Rock salt, Saunf/Variyali Powder and ice cubes. Sift in Mixi jar Churn well.
After make a paste/pulp drain it well.
Now in serving glass take 4 to 5 tab sp ready pulp add cold water n ice cubes. Garnish with Mint leaves n Saunf/ Powder
