Aloo-Mater.
It's not special to make Aloo- Mater sabji. It's famous n well known sabji that make in mostly in everyone's home.
But I made direct in cooker without make any gravy. Made in jiffy time. Easy n peasy recipe.Though it became like nice n perfect.
Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time : 10 mins
Resting time : 5 mins
Serve 4
Ingredients:
2 Tomatoes
1 onion chopped
2 potatoes peeled n cut in pieces
150 gms frozen green peas
1 tab sp Red chilly powder Kashmiri
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tab sp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 sp Punjabi Masala
1/4 tsp sugar optionally
3 tab sp Oil
1 tab sp Ghee
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Pinch of Hing
Roast Tomatoes on direct flame for 2 mins. Peel off skin n finely chopped.
In pressure cooker heat oil splutter Mustard n cumin seeds. Add Hing n chopped onion cook for while add chopped tomatoes cook for 5 mins. Add seasoning n mix well. Add 1cup of water. Add washed n drained peas n potatoes. Cover with lid n blow 3 whistle. Give rest.
Garnish with coriander leaves n serve with Paratha.
