Gajar halwa

Gajar is good for vitamin A which helps to your eyesight. Also improve your immune system.

Ingredients
1 kg Carrot red
200 ml milk
1 small bowl fresh cream
3 tab sp ghee
1big bowl sugar
1small bowl grated dry fruits like almond, pistachio, cashews, raisins
1 tsp cardamom powder

First wash, peeled and grate all carrots. Then In a vessel add ghee after heat add grated carrots and cook for 8 to 10 mins.
After that add milk n cream. Cook till milk absorb in carrot. Now ad sugar n cook till sugar totally absorb. Remove from gas after 10 mins add cardamom powder and grated dry fruits. 

Your gajar halwa is ready to serve.
It serve both way hot also and chilled also.
