Dhokla

Gujarati's favourite breakfast yellow Dhokla with Rajkot's famous chuteny.

Ingredients
1 cup gram Dal
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup Urad dal
1/2 cup Dahi

First in different vessels soak three ingredients seperately for 8 to 10 hours. Then washed twice in running tap water rinse well. In mixi jar grind coarsely it with adding dahi in batches.
Mix batter well kepp aside for fermentation. 
For Dhokla u need
Batter
3 sp ginger-chilli paste
4 sp oil 
1/4 sp fruit salt
Salt as per taste

Now take Dhokla vessel keep on gas flame with adding water. Gresee dish fordhokla with oil. 
In batter add ginger- chilli paste,salt,fruit salt oil and add 1 tab sp hot water. Now mix well in one direction. Pour into greased dish. Cook for 15 mins on high flame. After that keep it cool for 5 mins. Now put cut in dish add oil and served with yellow chuteny.
