Stuff Karela/Bitter Gourd.

Heard word karela for in lunch or dinner as Curry think many more don't like to have. Same as in my home too. But made with little bit change n stuffed with seasoning n spices m sure most people have to like it.

Here my version for  stuff Bitter  Gourd in better test.

Ingredients:

7 to 8 bitter gourd
2 sp cashew nut powder
2 sp roasted peanuts powder
1/2 sp red chilly powder
2 sp roasted besan
1 sp chilly paste
1 sp salt
1 1/2 sp coriander powder
1 sp cutting raisins
1 sp sugar powder
1 sp coconut powder
3 sp chopped coriander leaves
1 sp chopped garlic leaves
4 sp oil

remove seeds inside from bitter gourd n soak in water add 1/2 sp salt for 2 to 3 hrs for less its bitterness.

Mix all ingredients well and stuff into bitter gourd just steam for 5 to 7 mins then add 2 sp more oil in pan and fry it.
If u want bitter gourd with gravy keep 1 1/2 sp stuffing aside n when u shallow fry just add it with 1 cup water.

Enjoy Bitter Gourd on normal taste.
