Lahsooni Roti
Flat Indian Bread made from Flours with Fresh n Dry Garlic paste flavours.
In my home most liked Breakfast with tea n kidos have in lunchboxes.
Easy n made with handy ingredients while u get confuse what to make in Breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup jwar/Milet flour
1 cup rice flour
2 sp coarsely wheat flour
2 tab sp curd
1 sp garlic paste ( can add less or more as per yr requirement)
2 sp chopped green garlic
1/4 t sp roasted crushed cumin seeds
1/8 sp crushed Ajvain
1 sp green chilly paste
Salt to taste
1 sp ghee + 3 sp oil for mohn
Mix all ingredients in flours make dough like paratha.
rest it for 1/2 hour.
Can roll it lightly or make just like jwar or makkai roti n roast on med flame.
