Angoor Rabdi
Nice n yummy dessert that i tried first time to made n get super duper successful.
From last few of times to make it but not sure for perfect tastebud .
But make it n get of nice n fliffy, spongy texture Angoor.
Ingredients:
1 ltr full fat milk
1 tab sp vinegar/lemon juice
2 cup sugar
3 cup water
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
2 sp Almond slices
2 sp pistachio slices
Saffron strands dissolve in Warm Water/Milk
For Angoor
Bring 1/2 ltr milk to boil. After 1 boil add vinegar gradually to get milk curdeled.
After get it switch off the gas.
Drain mixture in muslin cloth n keep below tap water for 2 Mins.
Then sift paneer mixture on flat surface or in plate. Knead well with palm.
Make 20 same size of Angoor.
In wide base pressure cooker add 1 cup sugar n 3 cup water on gas flame n boil it.
After sugar dissolve add Angoor carefully in syrup. Cover it n blow 1 whistle on high flame. Then simmer for 5 mins.
Cool it down n drain it n 1/2 cup sugar n 2 cup water syrup.
For Rabdi :
Now bring to boil remain 1/2 ltr milk. Boil till half done. Add remain 1/2 cup sugar in it.
Let it cool down it. Add saffron mixture n cardamom powder mix well.
Now add Angoor in Milk rabdi .
Garnish with Almond n pistachio slices.
Serve it after chilled.
