Tri Colour Puri/Matharis
My kidoos wants something new for feed. So have to ready for something new n nice with taste develop of them.
In lunch they took one Chapati or Paratha hardely.
So today make this Tri colour Puffed Puri for them n finished in while.
A also demad same for Tiffin.
So make it Crispy n crunchy for them.
Tri colours Puffed n Crispy Puris/Matharis for Lunch n kids Tiffins.
No Food Colour Added. Used fresh veggies purees for Dough Making.
For Red Dough
1 cup Wheat flour/Atta
1/2 cup Maida/APF
2 tab sp Blanched Beetroot Puree
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 sp Ghee
Mix all Ingredients well n knead dough for Puri. Knead dough with require water spoon by spoon.
For Green Dough
1 cup Wheat Flour/Atta
1/2 Cup Maida/APF
2 tab sp Blanched Palak/Spinach Puree
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Ajwain/carram seeds
Salt to taste
2 sp Ghee
Mix all ingredients well n knead dough for Puri. Knead dough with require water spoon by spoon. I didn't need water for this dough.
For White dough
1cup Wheat flour/Atta
1/2 cup Maida/APF
Salt to taste
2 sp Ghee
Make dough for Puri.
I keep this dough plain.
U can add cumin Powder or any seasoning u like.
Now make three roll from dough. Combine them properly.
Cut in pieces. Roll it n cut with cookie cutter in any shape. Or keep as same.
For Puffed Puri Fry direct in heated oil.
For Crispy Matharis Punch with fork or knife n Fry on med flame till light brown.
For more flavours I sprinkle Masala on it.
Powder sugar,Rock salt,chat Masala powder, Red chilly powder,Aamchoor/Anardana Powder.
Mix well as per your requirement quantity n sprinkle after on fried Matharis.
