Saucy  Veggies

Vegetables stir fry in oil with sauces touch up for flavors. As Starter or side dish accompanied with Rice ,Noodles or Bread.

Easy to make with time consume. Also tasty n mouthwatering dish.

Ingredients.
Vegetables of your choice.
I used
Three colors Bell peppers each of 2 tab sp in length wise cut.
2 tab sp carrot
2 tab sp Cauliflower florets
2 tab sp Mushroom
2 tab sp boiled Corn kernels
2 tab sp Paneer cubes
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tsp fine chopped Ginger
1 split green Chilly
1/2 tsp Sweet n hot Sauce
1 tsp Ketchup
Salt to taste
2 sp oil

Heat oil in skillet add Ginger,garlic n split chillies.
Saute for 1 min.

Add all length wise cut vegetables saute for 2 mins.

Add sauces n salt. If need add 2 sp water for make it liquid consistency.

Cook for 1 min.

Your Saucy veggies Ready for serve.
