Methi Palak Muthia
Fenugreek - Spinach Kabab
Healthy n Tasty feed up for kids Tiffin n breakfast time with tea.
I made it in Microwave start to finish in 10 mins.
Ingredients:
2 cup Chopped Methi leaves
1 cup Chopped spinach leaves
I used
2 tab sp Palak Puree
2 cup Wheat flour
1 cup Gram Flour
1 cup Juwar/Millet flour
1 sp Green Chilly paste
1 sp Ginger paste
1/2 tsp Sugar
Sat to taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
3 sp oil
2 sp Curd
Mix all ingredients well. Adding require water sppon by spoon and make dough for kabab.
Give Oval shape to kabab.
Now in Microsafe bowl arrange all kabab cover it with lid.
Micro it for 4 mins.
Cool it down cut in pieces.
For Temper
2 tab sp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
Pinch of Hing
Curry leaves
Heat oil in skillet cracked Mustard n Sesame Seeds add Hing n curry leaves.
Add Cutted Kabab pieces roast for 5 mins.
If u want Crispy n Crunchy then cook on simmer for 5 to 10 mins more.
Serve it with Tea.
