Sprout Moong Curry With Rice

Specially on Wednesday at Home take Moong in any form. Like salad,Curry,Sabji so make it simple Curry with Rice. Wednesday menu.
Sweet,spicy n tangy Curry with Rice.

Ingredients

1 cup par  boiled Moong sprout.
U can make it with simple Moong without sprouts.  I make it in healthy form so use sprouted Moong

1 cup Toor Dal. Boil with 1/2 tsp cumin seeds n 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds to develop nice n different taste

1 tsp Tarmarid pulp
1 tab sp Jaggery/Gur
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Reshampatti Red chilly powder for colour
1 sp  Red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

1/4 tsp Mustard seeds.
1 Whole dry red chilly
2 sp Oil
1 sp Ghee
Pinch of Hing
Curry leaves

Mix all ingredients with Moong n Toor Dal cook for 5 to 10 mins on simmer.

For Tadka heat oil+Ghee add cumin seeds after cracking add Hing,whole chilly n Curry leaves. Pour into Moong-Dal mixture.

Now set Rice with making well in serving dish. Pour Ready Curry in middle. N serve it.
