Murmure/murmure Chikki.
We gujju's call it Murmure. N Specially Made on Utrayan. To celebrate festival of Kite with Chikki,Til ladoo/Chikki,Undhiyu n Jalebi in traditional way.
On terrace with music,Masti,shouting n lots of enjoying on that day 14th January
Ingredients
For Kurmure chikki
200 gms Kurmure little bit roasted
100 gms Gur/Jaggary
1 sp ghee
100 gms Gur/Jaggary
1 sp ghee
Heat pan add ghee n gur cook till melt n bubbling it.
Add rosted Kurmure off the gas mix well.
Pour into greasd tin press lightely with flat surface bowl.
Rest for 5 mins put cut n make pieces..
