Murakku
Murruku or say Stick made with Multigrain flour n Potatoes. For kids snacks time. Using salt ,Ajvain n Butter.
For make it chat pata sprinkle Masala powder on it. Taste tummy n tasty.
Ingredients
Multigrain flour.
I Use Moong , Chana, Toor, Urad Dal, Whole Wheat ,Juwar/Millet. Use eash pulses use 2 tab sp. Roast it n Grind it.
2 Mashed potato
1 cup Rice Flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Hand crush Ajwain
3 to 4 Tab sp butter
Oil for Fry
Keep oil to heat on Gas for medium flame n Mix all ingredients well knead properly with adding water. Sift dough in Chakli sancha.
U can direct make Murruku in heated oil.
Once it heat then do flame medium.
For sprinkle Masala
2 tab sp Sugar powder
1 tsp Rock salt
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1 tsp Aamchoor/Anar dana powder
1 tsp chat Masala powder
Mix well
Sprinkle immediate on fried Murraku.
Store in container for 3 to 4 days nicely.
