Methi Fritters
Deep Fried Fenugreek leaves fritters/Muthiya made with wheat n Millet flours with routine spices.
Taste awesome with masala or Ginger tea.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped, washed n drained Methi leaves
1 cup wheat flour
2 sp coarsely wheat flour
2 sp rice flour
2 sp jwar flour
2 tab sp curd
1 tab sp green chilly paste
1 sp ginger paste
1/4 sp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
3 to 4 sp oil
1/2 sp sugar
2 sp sesame seeds
Oil for fry
Mix all ingredients in flours rest for 5 to 10 mins Meanwhile meth leaves n flours well so little bit water require to knead dough n dough should not lose like chapati. Rest for half hour. Then give muthiya shape n deep fry high to medium flame till brown.
