Veg Paratha

Veg-Aloo Paratha
Getting bored with routine simple Aloo- Paratha. Adding vegetables, cheese n paneer. Healthy n tasty Veg-Aloo Paratha.
Ingredients:
For stuff
2 boiled n Mashed potatoes
1 cup par boiled vegetables ( Green Peas,carrot n cauliflower)
2 tab sp chopped capsicum
Salt to taste
1 tsp Green chilly paste
1/2 tsp Ginger paste
1/4 tsp rock salt
2 tab sp grated processed cheese
2 tab sp grated paneer
2 sp Breadcrumbs
Chopped fresh Mint  n coriander leaves
For Outer Layer
1 cup Wheat flour
2 sp Maida
2 sp Oil
Water
Make dough for Paratha give rest for 15 mins.
Make balls from stuffing n make Paratha.
Top with butter n serve with Ketchup.
