Pigeon Peas Paratha

Pigeon Peas Paratha
Made from Fresh Pigeon Peas/Arhar/Toor Dana. With adding fresh green Garlic,coriander n seasoning.
Taste nice n there is a new variety of Paratha.
Ingredients:
1 small bowl pigeon peas grate in chilly cutter
1 small bowl wheat flour
2 tab sp rice flour
2 tab sp jwar flour
1 cup chopped green garlic
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 sp chilly paste
1 sp ginger paste
1/2 sp crushed Ajvain
1/2 sp roast n crushed cumin seeds
1 tab sp sesame seeds
2 tab sp curd
Salt to taste
1/2 sp sugar powder optional
For mohn
1 tab sp ghee
2 tab sp oil
If u want spicy then add chopped green chilly
Mix all ingredients in flours make dough like paratha.  But be careful when make dough use 2 to 3 tab sp water. Otherwise it make sticky so can't roll it.
Roll it n roast it like regular paratha.
