Mix Veg Sabji
Ingredients:
Mix veg Punjabi
For gravy
3 tomatoes cut in big pieces
2 onion " "
2 tab sp Cashew nut
1 sp oil
Heat oil add tomatoes n onion cook for 10 mins within 5 min add cashew nut.
Cool down n churn it.
200 gms par boil vegetables
Carrot, green peas, french beans, cauliflower florets,1 potatoes cut in small pieces
1/2 capsicum
1 cup paneer pieces
Heat 1 sp butter saute capsicum n paneer for 5 min
For seasoning
1 sp garlic paste
1 sp ginger paste
1 green chilly cut in splits
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 sp kashmiri red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 sp coriander powder
1 sp kasoori methi
2 sp Fresh cream
2 bay leaf
1 big cardamom
2 small cardamoms
2 cloves
3 sp oil+ 2 sp butter
Heat oil+ butter add bay leaf, cardamoms n cloves add gravy cook for 5 mins. Add seasoning cover with lid n cook for 15 mins.
Add vegetables , capsicum n paneer mix well.
Add kasoori Methi cook for 2 min.
Add fresh cream n garnish with coriander leaves.
