Dates-Fig Dry fruit Delight
Though kids r fussy to eat Dates n Figs. This Delight mainly have dates n fig n have it in winter healthy one for all.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped Dates
1 cup chopped Dry Fig/Anjeer
1/3 cup Milk
2 tab sp Almond
2 sp Cashews
2 sp Walnuts
2 sp Pistachio
1 tab sp Ghee
1 tab sp dry coconut powder
Sugar I didn't add if u want 1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp Poppy seeds
Make coarsely powder from Dry fruit.
Soak Chopped Dates n Fig in milk for 10 mins.
In pan heat Ghee roast coarsely dry fruit powder for 2 to 3  mins. Keep aside.
In same pan add soaked Dates n Fig Mashed it well. Cook for 5 to 10 mins till mix together properly. Off the flame.
After 10 mins add coarsely dry fruit powder. Mix well.  Sift on greased plastic wrap.U make in log form or make balls.  Sprinkle Poppy seeds over all.
Freeze it for 10 mins. Cut pieces from log or if make balls press them n give round Delight shape.
Have healthy Winter.
