600 to 700 gms ghee
250 gms coarsely Bengal gram
500 gms fine coarse Bengal gram flour
500 gms besan
1 to 1 1 / 2 kg powder sugar
1 sp coarsely cardamon powder
1 sp fine cardamon powder
10 Sliced Almond.

First put 250 gms ghee for heat add 250 gms coarsely Bengal gram roast for 10 to 15 mins still smell come out n change colour light golden brown.
Now add 250 gms more ghee then add 500 gms fine coarse Bengal gram flour roast for 20 to 25 mins on mid flame.
Then add remain ghee n besan roast for 10 to 15 mins.
Now off the gas remove pan from gas n stir continuesaly for 5 to 10 mins.
Now add 1 sp coarsely cardamon powder n add sugar slowly slowly n mix well n can taste as per yr require of sugar u can add less or more.
Now set mixture into greased thali Sprinkle sliced almond n fine cardamon powder for over night.
Next morning put cut n make pieces. Can store outside for 15 to 20 days.
