Veg Biryani With onion Raita
Ingredients:
3 cup Basmati Rice
Soak for 20 mins n par boil in water with adding lemon juice, salt,cinnamon, n small cardamom.
Vegetable green peas,carrot,French beans,cauliflower florets par boiled.
1 med capsicum cut length wise
3 onions cut length wise n fried it n keep aside
2 small fine chopped Onions
3 tab sp oil
2 tab sp Ghee
1 big cardamom
2 small cardamom
1 cinnamon
3 to 5 cloves
2 Bay leaf
Star anise
1 sp garlic paste
1 sp Ginger paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tab sp red chilly powder
1 tab sp coriander powder
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup curd
Saffron water
Heat oil n Ghee add khada Masala n chopped onions. Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Add Ginger n Garlic paste.
Now add powder Masala in curd mix well n add in pan.
Now add boiled vegetables mix well. Add capsicum too.
Add boiled Rice mix well. Sprinkle saffron water n fried Onions cover it n cook on low flame for 10 mins.
For Raita.
1 cup curd. Blend well
1 big Onion cut length wise.
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chopped Green chillies
Chopped coriander.
Mix all ingredients in curd n rest it for 10 mins.
Serve Biryani with Raita.
