Sezwan Fried Rice
Nice dish with less preparation n make in less time for your unplanned or quick make option.

Preparation time 10 mins.
Cooking time 5 to 7 mins.
Ready in just 15 to 20 mins to feed your hunger n save your time too.
200 gms boiled Basmati Rice
1 bowl vegetables of your choice like capsicum,carrot,beans,green onion cut length wise
1 cup cabbage cut length wise
1 chopped onion in strips
2 tab sp oil
2 whole dry red chillies
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 sp red chili powder kashmiri
Salt to taste
1 sp white vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chilly sauce
1/4 sp sugar
For garnish green onions n coriander leaves.
Heat oil add whole dry red chillies n onion stips cook for 1 min on high flame.
Add capsicum,carrots n beans cook for 2 mins.
Add boiled Rice. Mix well.
Now add sauces n seasoning mix properly.
Cook for 2 mins.
Garnish with green onions n coriander leaves.
Serve it.
