Samosa

Samosa.

Tangy n spicy Samosa  for any time snacks,in lunch or dinner or in party at home too.
If u make pre preparation for Samosa n u can enjoy your party too nicely.

Ingredients:

2 chopped onions
500 gms boil potatoes
150 gms boil green peas 

1 cup soaked Chana Dal for 2 hours n Par boil it.


1 sp ginger paste
1 sp green chilly paste
Salt to taste
1/2 sp red chilly powder
1/2 sp turmeric powder
1/2 sp garam masala powder
1 tab sp coconut powder
1 sp roasted peanut powder
1/2 sp sugar optional
Curry leaves
Chopped coriander leaves
2 sp breadcrumbs
4 to 5 tab sp oil

Heat oil add curry leaves saute chopped onions for 5 to 7 mins.
Add boiled mashed potatoes add all spices mix properly. Cook for 5 mins.
Add boiled green peas n Chana Dal Cool it down add chopped coriander leaves n breadcrumbs.

For dough
500 gms maida
2 to 3 tab sp Vegetable ( dalda ) ghee
1 sp salt
1 sp handy crushed Ajvain
1/2 sp roasted cumin seeds.

Knead dough make rotis. Just roast for while put cut  make half roti fill up balls. Fry till golden brown.

U can serve Samosa with Green Chuteny, Date n tarmarid Chuteny n Ketchup too.
