Methi Chilla

Methi Chilla Gujju's favorite n indeed Breakfast in Winter.
Though winter start Fresh n green Methi/Fenugreek leaves available widely n too Healthy one.

Ingredients:

1 bowl wash n chopped Methi/Fenugreek leaves
1 bowl Wheat flour
2 tab sp Cheak pea flour/Besan
2tab sp Rice Flour
1 tab sp Green chilly paste
1 sp Ginger paste
Salt to taste
2 sp curd
1/4 sp sugar
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Oil 3 sp

Water as required to make laddle pour consistency.


Mix all ingredients well in flours  add water slowly n make pouring consistency. Give rest for 30 mins or more. 

Heat Dosa tawa spread oil pour batter like Dosa n cook till brown both sides.

Serve with ketchup or Masala Tea.
