Sprout n vegetable Upma.

Best option for Breakfast n your evening short Hunger. Healthy one n also for weight looser nice diet snack.

Fully vegetables n Sprouts too. Easy made dish. Take 10 mins for preparation n 10 mins for cooking.
So made easy n quick dish to feed your  Hunger.

Ingredients:

1 cup sooji roasted
1 bowl vegetables (onion, potatoes, peas, carrot, capsicum)
1 cup par boil sprouted Moong
2 tabsp Ghee (for diet n weight looser can skip Ghee)
1 tab sp oil
1 tsp chopped green chilly
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp green chilly paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Coriender leaves
Cashew nut n Raisins (optionally)

Heat oil+ Ghee in pan sputter cumin seeds add curry leaves n chopped chillies. Add  chopped onion n capsicum cook for 2 mins. Now par boiled vegetables cook for 2 to 3 min.
Add roasted sooji n salt mix well. Add par boil sprouts mix well. Add 1 glass warm water,cashew,raisins n chilly paste cook for 5 to 7 mins. Add lemon juice n garnish with coriander leaves
