Singhara sheera
Have must try this dish who like sweet. N specially in fasting days make it n fill your tummy with this sweet dish.
Ingredients:
1 cup coarsely singhara flour
1 cup milk
1 cup water or more as require
3/4 cup sugar
2 to 3 tab sp ghee
1/4 sp cardamon powder
1 sp split almond
1/2 sp raisins ( kismis )
1/2 sp crushed cashew nut
Heat ghee saute flour till it looks brown n smells.
Add milk n water n mix it well.
Milk n water absorb add sugar.
When sugar completely melt add raisins n cardamon powder off gas.
Garnish with almond n cashew nut.
