REDDISH LEAVES MULTIGRAIN STEAMED KABAB

Ingredients
1+ 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2       cup juwar flour
2 sp              rice flour
2 sp             gram flour
2 sp              maize/makkai flour
3 sp             Ragi flour
3 sp             curd
1 sp   green chilly paste
1 sp   ginger paste
1 sp   garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/4 sp termeric powder
1/2 sp coriander powder
3 sp oil
1+1/2 cup chooped Reddish leaves
1/2 cup chopped spring onion

Mix all ingredients well make dough for muthiya n cook in steamer fir 15 mins. Cool down n make pieces.

Heat 3 to 4 sp oil temper
1 sp musterd
1 sp cumin
2 sp sesame seeds
Pinch of Hing
Curry leaves
Add muthiya pieces n cook for 10 mins. If want crunchy cook for more 10 min on low flame.
