Mini Pocket Paratha

Actually I used leftover Cauliflower sabji  can also make like this
For stuffing

Best use of leftover n give stuff to your kids in lunchbox n your breakfast too. With hidden slice cheese kids get surprised n of course smile too.

Ingredients:

1 bowl chopped cauliflower
1 cup boiled pigeon peas
1 sp green chilly paste
1/2 sp ginger paste
Salt to taste
1/2 sp chat masala powder
2 to 3 tab sp grated cheese
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/4 chilly flakes
Oil 2 to 3 sp

Heat oil add 1/2 sp seeds temper it add pinch of hing.
Add chopped cauliflower saute it n cook for 15 mins or as u make regular sabji add rest ingredients  mix well. Cool it down add boiled pigeon peas n mash with pav-bhaji masher or lightly mash with yr hand like kneading dough.

For outer layer:

2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup maida
3 to 4 oil
Pinch of salt
Require water

Make dough like paratha

For stuff
Cauliflower stuffing
Chopped onion
Slice cheese.
