Methi stick

Methi  stick

For fengruek  lovers. Made this crispy  n crunchy savoury for tea time  snack.

1     cup Maida
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 tab sp kasoori methi
1/4 tsp crushed carom seeds
1 tsp salt
3 tab sp white butter at room temp

Sift both flours add dry ingredients mix properly with fork.
Add butter lightely mix now add water partely to make tight dough. Give rest of 10 mins.

Dry powder for sprinkle.

1 tsp rock  salt
1 tsp powder sugar
1 tsp red chilly powder
Mix well all ingredients n make powder

Now make three to four balls from dough. Roll it n cut in stripes. Fry on med flame till golden brown.
Sprinkle dry powder after fried.
Store in container.
