One pot meal baked dish. Specially gujju dish. Crunchy n crispy on  outside n soft n spongy from inside. Served with Green chuteny n ketchup. Some gujju also prefer Milk with dish in dinner. N specilly made in pan n cook with sand heat. But i made with same vessel n baked in OTG.

1 cup rice
1 cup Urad Dal
1/2 cup Chana Dal
1/2 cup Toor/Arhar dal
Soaked separately for over night.
Next day Drain it grind little bit coarsely not fine paste with adding 1 cup curd n leave for rising about 7 to 8 hrs.

1 bowl grated Bottle gourd/Lauki
1 cup boil corn kennels optional
2  sp green chilly paste
2 sp ginger paste
Salt to taste
Pinch  of  turmeric powder
1/4 sp saunf optional
1/4 tsp meetha soda/Eno
For tempering
2 sp oil
1tab sp mustered seeds
2 tab sp sesame seeds
3 sp oil
Pinch of hing
1 tab sp peanut

Preheat oven on 180 for 10 mins.

Mix all ingredients in batter pour inti grased loaf tin.
Pour tempering on it. Bake for 40 to 45 mins On 180 temp. Till get brown outer layer.

Give rest  for 10 mins then serve.
