Cheese corn toast
Make in easy pesay time. Take in dinner or as evening tea time snack .
1 bowl bioled n crushed corn kennels
1 cup chopped onion
1 chopped capsicum
2 tab sp butter
1 tab sp Maida
1 cup milk
1 cup grated process cheese
1 tab sp green chilly paste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Bread slices
For topping:
Olive black n green
Jalpanoes
Cheese Mozeralla n process
In pan melt butter stir chopped onions for while add chopped capsicum stir for while. Now add maida n milk mix well n if need more milk add little bit. Add crushed corn kennels n mix properly. Now seasoning with rest ingredients at last add grated cheese n mix well. Cool it for 10 mins.
Spread batter on bread slice spread both cheese as per your require topping it n bake in preheated oven for 10 mins on 180 deg.
Serve with ketch up n hot chocalate or coffee.
