Baked Methi Puri
Oil free Namkeen/Savoury which like everyone n specially methi lovers n who skip oil.
2 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Maida
1/2 cup kasoori methi Hand crushed or can use 1 cup fresh methi leaves.
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp termeric powder
1/2 tsp sugar powder optional
1 tab sp sesame seeds
Salt to taste
2 to 3 sp oil
1 sp ghee
1/4 tsp Ajwian hand crushed
Mix all ingredients well make tight dough with require little bit water.
Rest for 10 to 15 mins.
Make balls n roll it. Cut with cookie cutter or give yr desire shape .
Bake on preheated convection mode on 180° c upto 10 to 12 mins. Till little brown or change colour.
After 5 mins turn puris for both side colour.
Can store in container n keep for week nicely.
