Almond-Pista Mawa cake
Recipe for Cake:
100 gm Maida
5 tbsp sugar powder
3 tbsp Margarine/butter
200 ml condensed Milk
50 gm Khoya/Mava
75 ml Milk at Room temp
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
50 gm Almond-Pista sliced
Sieve Maida, B.P n soda three time so get air particals for rising cake.
Take bowl beat Margarine well. Add powder sugar n condenesed milk beat well in same direction.
Now add Maida n Milk slowely slowely in bowl n make thick batter that can't easily drop.
Keep 2 tsp dry fruit slices aside n rest add in batter.mix well.
Last add grated Mava mix lightely little bit.
In baking dish apply butter n dusting with Maida.
Pour cake vatter in it sprinkle rest of Dry fruit slices.
Bake it on 180 for 20 to 25 mins on Convection mode.
For OTG user take 5 to 7 Mins more n check it after 25 mins.
With knife punching.
After bake cool down n after 10 min demould on cooling rack or any chhani so cant get sogy.
After 10 to 15 mins moisturising with 2 sp sugar water so it keep soft n spongy don't det hard.
