SABUDANA VADA
Everyone's favourite snacks at my home n my daughters tiffinbox. She love to eat.
Nice one going with tea or in fast days.
200 gms soaked sabudana for 6 to 8 hrs
Soak sabudana in water till its level not more than. After 2 to 3 hrs checked if need just sprinkle 2 tabspwater overall otherwise sabudana becomes soggy.
2 big boil n mashed potatoes
2 green chilly chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tab sp sesame seeds
2 sp peanut powder
2 sp chopped coriander leaves
2 to 3 crushed curry leaves
Oil for fry
Take mashed potatoes add all ingredients mix well lightely. Once mixed add sabudana n again mix lightely.
Make round shapes or can press it as kabab shape. Heat oil add balls on high flame now turn on medium flame n fry till golden brown.
Serve with ketchup or Green chuteny.
