Multigrain chakli made from pulses n rice. Routine spices.
Preparation time 15 to 20 mins
Grinding time 15 mins
Cooking time 20 to 30 mins
Time mention for 1 bowl flour quantity.
For below given quantity around 3 to 4 bowl flour u have after grinding. U can store this flour for 2 to 3 months nicely at outside.
1 cup Urad Dal
1 cup Chana Dal
1 cup Moong Dal
1 cup Toor Dal
1 cup whole wheat
1 cup Juwar
6 cup Rice
All pulses n rice have to roast on slow flame till aroma comes n little bit colour change roast each pulses for 5 to 7 mins.
Cool down it n grind little bit coarsely flour.
You can change quantity with 1/2 cup instead of full 1 cup then take rice 3 cup if u go with 1/2 cup measures.
Can store grinded flour about 2 months outside.
For ready Chakli flour measures
2 cup chakli flour
2 tab sp Butter/Ghee
1 sp Red chilly powder
1 tab sp sesame seeds
1/4 sp Ajwain/Carom seeds
1/4 sp roasted crushed cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Mix all spices in flour add melted butter n make dough with water like paratha.
Fill up dough in chakli sancha n make chakli. Heat oil add chakli with steal spatula. First flame have to high after add chakli move on med flame. Fry till brown colour appears.
Store in container.
