CRISPY MASALA TRI ANGLE

Crisy Masala Tri Angle perfect snacks or Namkeen with Tea.
Can make n store it for 3 to 4 days n go out can take also.

Made from Whole Wheat flour n Maida
N routine spices. Stuff with dry Masala n fried one.

2 cup Wheat flour
1 cup Maida
1 tsp Ajwain/carom seeds Hand crushed
1/2 tsp crushed Black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 sp ghee

Sift both flour twice add all ingredients n make dough like paratha

DRY MASALA :
2 sp Rock salt
2 sp coriander powder
2 sp powder sugar
2 sp saunf powded
2 sp Red chilly powder
1 tsp Cinnamon powder

Mix all Dry powder well n keep aside

Now make balls from kneaded dough n roll thick puri. Spread dry masala mixture on it overall well. Now fold it n make triangle lightly roll it. Make all like that. Deep fried on medium flame till brown.

After cool down  store in container.
