Panipuri

Panipuri/ Golgappa Panipuri. Everyone's most Favorite thela/Street food Gol Gappa. Made with three flavors Pani. Regular Pani khajur-Imli Pani Fudina Pani. Ingredients For stuff Boiled n Mashed potatoes Green chilly paste Salt to taste Cumin Powder Rock salt For Regular pani 1 cup Fresh chopped Coriander 1to 2 Curry leaves 2 green chillies 1t sp Lemon juice Salt to taste 1/2 inch Ginger piece 1/4 tsp Rock salt 3 to 4 cube ice Churn it well make paste. Need much require water. Add 1 tab sp Panipuri Masala. For Khajur-Imli pani 2 to 3 date pulp 1 tab sp Imli/Tarmarid pulp 1 tab sp Jaggery 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder Salt to taste 1/4 tsp cumin Powder 1/4 tsp Rock salt Mix well add require water n boil for 5 to 10 min. After Cool it down add 2 to 3 ice cube. For Fudina Water 1 cup Mint leaves 2 tab sp coriander leaves 2 green chilies Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Rock salt 3 to 4 ice cubes 1 tsp Lemon juice. Churn it well n make paste add require wa

YUMMY CHEESE BUTTER BITES

૧ નાનો બાઉલ મેંદો ૩ ટી.સ્પુન બટર, ૨ ટી.સ્પુન છીણેલુ ચીઝ ૧ ટી.સ્પુન ચીલી ફ્લેક્સ જરુર મુજબ મીંઠુ તળવા માટે તેલ રીત: --> એક બાઉલમાં મેંદો,બટર,છીણેલુ ચીઝ,ચીલી ફ્લેક્સ,મીંઠુ મીક્ષ કરી થોડુ થોડુ પાણી લઈ પુરી જેવો લોટ બાંધી લો. --> હવે લોટમાંથો નાની માબઁલ સાઈઝની ગોળી વાળી લો. --> હવે ફોકઁ ઉપર અંદરની બાજુ ગોળી મુકી અંગુઠાથી બહારની બાજુ પ્રેસ કરી ફરીથી અંદરની બાજુ વાળી લો જેથી શંખ જેવો આકાર થઈ જશે.બીજી ગોળી પણ આ રીતે કરી તૈૈયાર કરવી. . --> ગરમ તેલમાં ગોલ્ડન બ્રાઉન થાય ત્યાં સુધી તળવા.ઉપર સંચળ પાવડર છાંટી ટેસ્ટી બનાવી શકાય.

Ingredients 3 persons 3 sp coffee I used Nescafe 4 sp Sugar 3 sp Hot water 2 +1/2 glass Chilled milk Ice cubes if required Steps In a bowl add coffee powder,sugar and water. With the help of beater beat well in same direction. In serving glasses first pour milk quarter to glass. Now pour mixture of beaten coffee. Sprink coffee powder on it. Mix well with spoon. Want more chill coffee add ice cubes.
