Left over Vagharelo /Tadka Rotlo

Its made from left over Juwar Roti. Spicy n sour taste of this Tadka Roti awesome. 

3 Left over Juwar Rotis/Rotla in small pieces
2 tab sp sour curd/Butter Milk 1 glass
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 sp chilly paste
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Termeric powder
2 sp oil
1/4 sp Mustered seeds
1/8 sp Fenugreek seeds
Pinch of Hing
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves

Make Rotis/Rotlas small pieces soaked in Butter milk or Add curd n 1 cup water. Leave it for 10 to 15 mins for soaking.
Now add Termeric powder, salt, Garlic n chilly paste mix well.

Heat oil spluttering Mustered N Fenugreek seeds. Add Hing n curry leaves n add Roti mixture cook for 5 to 10 mins on low flame. If u want liquid form add 1 cup water n want in dry form have to cook more 10 mins on low flame.
If done as your requirements garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.

Enjoy with your Masala Tea or Coffee at Breakfast or as Evening Munch.
