Capsicum-Onion Stuff Paratha

Every Morning all Mom's think that what to give in lunch box for kids. That stuff  kids eat easily n we make it quickly.

1 chopped Onoin
1 chopped Capcicum of your choice I use green n Yellow
1 mashed potato
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1/4 tsp grated ginger
2 sp grated cheese
2 sp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 sp chopped Mint leaves
2 sp chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp chilly flakes

For paratha dough

1 cup wheat flour
1 cup Maida/All purpose flour
2 sp oil
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup milk

Mix all ingredients well  n make dough fir paratha keep aside

Heat oik spluttering cumin seeds add chopped onion saute for 2 to 3 min add chopped Capcicum cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add seasoning mix well. Give rast for 5 mins to cool down.
Now add mashed potato n grated cheese. Mix well n your stuff is ready.

Make ball frim dough roll it spread stuff on one side. Fold it n cover the stuff press with fork to give impression.  Now roast on med flameboth side till brown.

Your stuff paratha is ready for tiffin n Breakfast.
