Sev Tomato Sabji
In Winter the combination of Sev tomato n Bajra/Milet flat bread authentic taste.
Tomato tastes sweet n sour adding with gram flour combined everyone mosltly likes toddler to elders.
Ingredients:
4 to 5 tomatoes chopped in big pieces
2 tab sp oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Pinch of Hing
1 sp Red chilly powder
1/2 sp Turmeric powder
1 tab sp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 sp Sugar
Chopped coriander leaves
2 tab sp oil

100 to 150 gms Sev ( i used Ganthya thickone )
Heat oil sputter Mustard n Cumin seeds add hing.
Add chopped tomatoes cook for 10 mins till tomatoes get mashed n juicy mixture.
Add Chilly n coriander powder,turmeric, sugar n salt mix well. Cook for 2 mins.
Off the gas.
Add chopped tomatoes cook for 10 mins till tomatoes get mashed n juicy mixture.

Off the gas.
Add sev or ganthiya, garnish with fresh coriander leaves n serve.
Enjoy with Chapati, paratha but go best with Bajra/Milet flat bread.
